SHIPPING
Mabel’s Cables Hand-Dyed Yarn charges $3.50 per shipment (in the USA) on purchases totaling up to $100. Shipping is free with purchase over $100.
All packages are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority. If you prefer a different carrier, please contact us so that we can make arrangements.
Orders usually ship within 2-3 days (if in stock) of purchase and between 1-2 weeks if fiber is dyed to order. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your package is shipped.
International Shipping – please contact us prior to placing final order. You may have to pay additional tax depending on import regulations.
Mabel’s Cables is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We reserve the right to revisit shipping costs for larger orders.
RETURNS
Sorry, no returns for custom-dyed orders. Wound yarn, needles/hooks, notions and final sale merchandise are not returnable or exchangeable.
To make a return, please contact us at mabelscables@yahoo.com or call 908-705-0205 within 3 days of receipt to let us know to expect a return. Returns will be issued as credit, unless a refund to the original payment method is specifically requested. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Upon delivery of the item(s), we will issue a credit or refund for the cost of the item(s). Returns will be eligible for a full credit or refund if:
You have notified us that you will be returning the item within 3 days of receipt.
Within 7 days, the item will come back to Mabel’s Cables in new, undamaged condition so that it can be resold as a new item. Yarn that has been wound into a ball is not returnable.
Return in same packaging as it was received, free of smoke and animal hair with labels attached. In other words, we should be able to put it right back on the shelf for resale.
Under no circumstances will Mabel’s Cables Hand Dyed Yarn be responsible for any damages, costs or fees in excess of the cost of the purchased product.
